1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3Account Registration & Management

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) account only at judikiss. Registering more than one account by the same individual, using different information or by any other means, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without payment of remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The required details include:

• Full name as shown on a valid Malaysian identity card or passport.
• An active email address that only you have access to.
• An active Malaysian mobile number for two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• Valid Malaysian bank account details registered in your own name.

5Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawals at judikiss are processed within 3 to 5 minutes for the majority of requests that have met all requirements. The minimum withdrawal per request is RM 50.

The withdrawal conditions that must be met are as follows:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as your judikiss account.

• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

9Account Security and Password

You are fully responsible for keeping your judikiss account login credentials confidential. judikiss recommends the following security practices to protect your account:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account.
• Never share your password with anyone, including judikiss staff – we will never ask for your password.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Judikiss reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user at any time for reasonable causes, including but not limited to:

• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Repeated violations of any terms stated in this document.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the judikiss customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the registered bank account within 3 to 5 business days, subject to successful identity verification.

11judikiss Limitation of Liability

Judikiss provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• Judikiss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Judikiss is not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or actions of third parties.
• Judikiss's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

12Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Judikiss reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to you at least 7 days before taking effect via your registered email or in-platform notification.
